Woodland Development LLC is an Atlanta-based commercial real estate investment and development firm with expertise in industrial, outside storage (IOS), flex, office, and other types of real estate. Our Woodlands brand light industrial program brings highly functional warehouse product to fundamentally strong and underserved secondary markets. Our goal is to maximize investor return and preserve capital with defensive, value-based principles and contrarian approach.

Randy Wright
Randy is responsible for financial structuring, underwriting, development
management, asset management, capital formation, and all other aspects of company operations.
Randy founded the predecessor company to Woodland, Island Investors LLC, in 2018. Previously, Randy worked at CBRE and JLL in institutional investment brokerage, representing private equity clients on dozens of transactions totaling hundreds of millions of dollars in transaction volume.
Randy is the affiliate broker and owner of the Stephen W. Wright Company, a licensed brokerage firm founded in 1981.

Founder, Principal
Blake Barnett
Blake is responsible for developing high quality business strategies,
planning and forecasting market trends, deal sourcing, land analysis, site selection, overall development, due diligence and brokerage. Blake manages overall operations and resources for Woodland Development, communicating with investors on behalf of the Company.
Previously, Blake worked at CBRE in capital markets institutional investment sales, representing private equity and high net worth investors totaling more than $300 million in sales. Blake found his vision while working with a private equity firm based out of Atlanta, where he assembled more than 300,000 square feet of infill industrial product. He later sold the portfolio in late 2021.
Before that, Blake worked in land acquisition for a large regional industrial and residential developer.
